摘要： 目的：探讨PBL模式对于消化系统疾病教学的应用效果。方法：将消化内科学生分为对照组和实验组，分别采用传统教学法、PBL联合传统教学法开展教学。通过考试，比较两组综合成绩。结果：实验组操作技能和综合知识明显优于对照组。结论：PBL联合传统教学能保持知识系统性、完整性，有效培养了学生临床思维，提高了教学质量。
