摘要： 目的：探讨分析生产过程中药液过滤器的漏气问题并提出控制方法。方法：通过对脱料过程及组装过程中药液过滤器内、外壳的测定，并对组装中所使用的环己酮浓度进行统计分析，从而确定影响药液过滤器漏气的原因并找出解决方法。结果：采用半自动脱模比采用自动脱模对药液过滤器的变形影响大；环己酮中PVC导管料浓度为4%时，药液过滤器的漏气率最小；改进后的组装机对药液过滤器漏气影响较小。结论：使用自动脱模的药液过滤器内、外壳，并使用PVC导管料为4%时的环己酮浓度，利用改进后的组装机进行组装，可有效控制药液过滤器的漏气，保证产品质量。
