摘要： 目的：研究和分析围绝经期绝经后阴道出血病因和绝境年限、年龄、病例类型的关系。方法：随机抽取225例进行回顾性分析和研究，探析围绝经期绝经后阴道出血病因和病理的关系。结果：在所抽取的研究对象中由于良性病变所导致的患者出血比例占69.33%，功能性病变导致患者出血比例占20.47%，恶性肿瘤导致患者出血的比例占10.20%。结论：导致围绝经期绝经后阴道出血的因素有很多种，其中主要因素是生殖器的良性病变，另外随着年龄的增长，绝经年限的增加，绝经后阴道出血多半是由于恶性肿瘤所致的，必须要加强诊断和治疗。
