综合疗法用于糖尿病痛性神经病变治疗的临床观察

摘要： 目的：分析并探讨综合疗法治疗糖尿病痛性神经病变的临床疗效。方法：选取来我院接受治疗的糖尿病痛性神经病变患者80例，随机分为观察组与对照组，每组40例。结果：观察组患者治疗有效率为95.00%，对照组治疗有效率为65.00%，观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组，经统计学检验，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后VAS评分为(2.27±0.34)分，并发症发生率为10.00%，对照组治疗后VAS评分为(2.98±0.44)分，经统计学检验，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：综合疗法治疗糖尿病痛性神经病变临床效果显著，发症发生率低，临床上值得推广。
