【摘要】目的:针对住院病人在不同阶段的心理需要采取相应的心理关爱对策,让病人积极参与治疗护理,增进医患关系。方法:以病区为单元,由医生护士组成一个关爱小组,在病人入院、住院、出院以及出院随访三个阶段实施心理关爱。结果:病人满意度由74%上升98.5%;结论 对住院病人在不同阶段实施心理关爱能增进医患关系。

    【Abstract】Objective:For patients at different stages of psychological need to take corresponding measures of psychological care to enable patients to actively participate in treatment and care, enhance physician-patient relationship.Methods:To ward as a unit, the doctors and nurses to form a care team, patient admission, hospital discharge, and discharge follow-up of three stages of psychological care.Results:Patient satisfaction from 74% in 98.5%.Conclusions:on patients at different stages of psychological care can enhance doctor-patient relationship.
