【摘要】胎膜早破是指未发生规律宫缩前破膜者,羊水自羊膜腔外流。胎膜早破是产科常见的分娩期并发症,如果处理不当,常导致早产及母婴感染。造成胎膜早破的主要原因是胎位异常,头盆不称,骨盆狭窄,胎先露不能及时入盆等。

The fetal membrane broken is obstetrics common childbirth time complication early, if processes improper, often causes the premature delivery and the maternal infant infects. Creates the fetal membrane broken primary cause is early the position of the fetus is unusual, a trough did not say, the pelvis is narrow, the embryo reveals first cannot enter the trough promptly and so on.
