【摘要】病毒性心肌炎是病毒侵犯心脏所致的局限性或弥漫性的,急性、亚急性或慢性的心肌炎性病变的疾病,同时可伴有心包或心内膜炎,临床症状轻重不一,轻者可无症状,重者可致心衰、严重心律失常,心源性休克,甚至猝死。
