【摘要】腰部及下肢疼痛是腰椎结核和腰椎间盘突出症的共同特点。腰椎间盘突出症是推拿治疗的适应症,而腰椎结核是推拿的禁忌症。通过此病例,给我一个启示:对初诊患者一定要详细的询问病史,仔细的体格检查,利用高科技的医疗检查手段,认真的与相关疾病做鉴别诊断。

    【Abstract】The waist and the lower limb ache is the lumbar vertebra tuberculosis and the waist intervertebral disc prominent sickness common characteristic. The waist intervertebral disc prominent sickness is massages the treatment the indication, but the lumbar vertebra tuberculosis is the massage contraindication. Through this case, for me an enlightenment: Wants certainly the detailed inquiry medical history to the first diagnosis patient, the careful medical examination, uses the high tech the medical inspection method, earnest makes the differential diagnosis with the related disease.
