【摘要】目的:探索一种门诊就诊患者快捷高效并易于接受的健康教育方法。方法:就诊流程设有明显标识;候诊大厅备有系列健康教育宣传栏;免费俄方取阅的健康教育处方及院刊;利用科教幻灯片形式广播宣传;发放统计反馈表;电话回访记录,信息总结反馈。结果:优化就诊流程,提供方便、快捷、优质、高效的健康教育服务,使门诊就诊患者满意度大幅度提高。结论:据效果看,此方法切实可操作。【关键词】门诊患者;健康教育;方法
