【摘要】目的:探讨精索扭转的早期诊治方法,以提高其诊治水平。方法:对45例精索扭转患者的临床资料进行了回顾性分析。结果:45例中,手法复位12例,成功2例,手术探查43例,睾丸切除39例,延期对侧睾丸固定13例,随访32例,23例已生育,精液异常5例,其中2例合并有精索静脉曲张。结论:在相关人群中普及精索扭转知识的教育,提高对睾丸急症的认识;详细询问病史,认真体格检查,结合彩色多普勒超声显像(Color Doppler Flow Imaging,CDFI)有助于该病的早期诊断,手术探查是行之有效的诊治方法。

    【Abstract】Objective: Discusses early diagnosis method which the fine rope reverses, raises its diagnosis level. Methods: Reversed patient’s clinical material to 45 example fine ropes to carry on the review analysis. Results: in 45 examples, the technique repositions 12 examples, succeeds 2 examples, the surgery investigates 43 examples, the testicle excises 39 examples, the extension opposite side testicle fixed 13 examples, makes a follow-up visit 32 examples, 23 examples have given birth, seminal fluid exceptionally 5 examples, 2 example merges have the fine rope varicosity. Conclusion: Popularizes the fine rope in the related crowd to reverse the knowledge the education, enhances to the testicle acute disease understanding; The detailed inquiry medical history, the earnest medical examination, the union colored Doppler ultrasonoscopy (Color Doppler Flow Imaging, CDFI) is helpful to the early diagnosis which should get sick, the surgery investigation is the effective diagnosis method. ......
