【摘要】目的:探讨清胃散在慢性根尖周炎根管治疗过程中的临床疗效。方法:将96例诊断为慢性根尖周炎的患牙,通过根管治疗和口服清胃散,观察治疗期内及治疗后短期内(6个月)的临床效果。结果:慢性根尖周炎在口服清胃散后治疗期明显变短。结论:清胃散在治疗过程中有不可忽略的作用。
