【摘要】慢性肥厚性鼻炎是以粘膜、粘膜下层甚至骨质的局限性或弥漫性肥厚为特点的鼻腔慢性炎症。[1]其鼻粘膜长期充血,水肿,继而发生纤维组织增生,粘膜肥厚,有时骨膜增殖,鼻甲骨呈实质性增生。
