【摘要】会阴切开缝合术是在分娩第二产程中为避免会阴及盆底严重裂伤,减轻盆底组织对胎头的压迫,缩短第二产程,加速分娩时常用的手术。近年来由于生活水平的提高,胎儿体重也成上升的趋势[1]。为了减少或避免分娩中的对母婴造成的不必要损伤,会阴切开缝合术在分娩中用得越来越广泛。

【Abstract】The perineum incision sutures the technique is to avoid the perineum and the trough bottom serious lacerated wound in the childbirth second course of childbirth, reduces the trough bottom organization to the embryo head’s oppression, reduces the second course of childbirth, the surgery which the acceleration childbirth often uses. In recent years as a result of living standard’s enhancement, the embryo body weight also became the rise tendency[1]. In order to reduce or avoid in the childbirth creating to the maternal infant is nonessential damages, the perineum incision sutures the technique to use more and more in the childbirth widely.
