【摘要】压力又称应激,是个体“觉察”各种刺激对其生理、心理及社会系统威胁时的整体现象,所引起的反应可以是适应或者适应不良。[1]本文旨在探讨产科护士的主要压力源,及探讨人性化管理实施在减轻护士压力,提高产科护理质量的作用。
