【摘要】合法执业国家明文规定具备正规中等专业以上学历毕业的护生,必须取得注册护士资格方能从事临床护理工作。潜在的护患纠纷问题目前大多数护理纠纷都和护士存在的过错有关,过错包括故意和过失。
