【摘要】子宫积脓致子宫穿孔临床十分少见,发生率极低[1,2],易被患者和临床医师忽视而延误诊治。其临床表现、相应体征及相关医技检查极易误诊为上消化道穿孔。现报道一例误诊为上消化道穿孔的子宫穿孔病例,分析全科诊疗体会。

    【Abstract】The pyometra sends the womb perforation clinical very rare, the formation rate is extremely low, easily neglects by the patient and clinician delays the diagnosis. Its clinical manifestation, the corresponding symptom and the related medical technique inspection is extremely easy to misdiagnose for on digestive tract perforation. Presently reports that an example error diagnostic the womb perforation case which perforates for on digestive tract, analyzes the entire section diagnosing and treating experience.
