气囊内压力,监测护理
【摘要】目的:总结人工气道气囊的压力监测和护理经验,提高护理质量。方法:对于182例建立人工气道使用呼吸机的患者,做好常规护理,加强囊内压力的监测,分析影响囊内压的因素,使人工气道囊内压力保持在25~30cmH2O。结果:在监测期间,病人气囊内压力均能保持在有效范围,保证了正压通气的有效实施,病人均为出现气囊充气不足造成的误吸或充气过度造成的气道黏膜坏死、气管食管漏、气管狭窄喉返神经损伤等并发症,呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生率也明显降低。【关键词】人工气道;气囊内压力;监测护理

【Abstract】Objective: Summarizes the artificial gas channel aerocyst pressure monitor and the nursing experience, improves the nursing quality. Methods: Uses life-support machine’s patient regarding 182 example establishment artificial gas channel, completes conventional nursing, strengthens the pouch internal pressure the monitor, the analysis influence pouch intrinsic pressure factor, causes the artificial gas channel pouch internal pressure maintains at 25~30cmH2O. Results: In monitor period, the patient aerocyst internal pressure can maintain at the range of validity, had guaranteed the positive pressure ventilation’s effective implementation, the patient is presents the aerocyst under inflation to create attracts the gas channel mucous membrane necrosis which, the trachea esophagus or the gasification creates excessively to leak, the tracheostenosis throat by mistake to return to complications and so on neurotrosis, the life-support machine relevant pneumonia’s formation rate also obviously reduces. ......
