【摘要】目的:观察人性化护理对脑卒中患者康复的影响。方法:对中风科自2007年5月-2009年10月120例脑卒中患者在实施整体护理的基础上给予人性化的护理服务与健康教育,促进患者偏瘫肢体的早日康复工作及成效。结果:经过对患者不同阶段的康复指导,早期进行肢体功能康复锻炼。使患者及家属对肢体康复有更全面、更进一步的认识、由被动接受转为主动参与,增强对康复的信心,从而提高了生活自理能力。结论:脑卒中患者进行早期肢体功能锻炼期间,进行人性化护理可明显改善其心理状态,调动患者的主动性和积极性,有明显地促进作用,降低致残率。
