【摘要】当前形势下,护理模式已经发生了巨大的变化,“以疾病为中心”转变为“以人为本”。护理人员必须与时俱进,加强专业技术教育学习、增强服务意识、注重护理医德的提高,学会换位思考,增强同感心,倡导人文关怀,注重语言修养和心理学知识的学习,更新护理理念,改变传统护理模式,以适应新形势下的需要。
