【摘要】目的:观察中西医结合治疗肠梗阻的疗效。方法:对56例肠梗阻患者采用禁食、胃肠减压、纠正水电解质紊乱及酸碱失衡、抗感染和自拟中药理气活血通解汤胃管灌注治疗。结果:治愈51例,5例转手术治疗。结论:中西医结合能有效治疗肠梗阻,具有无创伤、痛苦小、费用低等优点。
