银翘散联合潘生丁治疗婴幼儿疱疹性咽峡炎疗效观察

【摘要】目的:观察银翘散、潘生丁联合治疗疱疹性咽峡炎的临床效果。方法:将疱疹性咽峡炎患者60例随机分成治疗组30例和对照组30例,治疗组予银翘解毒颗粒+潘生丁片剂口服,对照组单纯给予病毒唑注射液静滴。结果:治疗组的患儿发热、流涎、咽痛、拒食等症状消失时间及口腔溃疡消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有显著意义。结论:中药银翘散联合西药潘生丁口服治疗婴儿疱疹性咽峡炎疗效甚佳,且价格低廉,患儿易接受。
