百多帮联合优泌乐25外敷治疗糖尿病患者体表感染的疗效观察

【摘要】目的:观察百多帮软膏联合优泌乐25外敷治疗糖尿病患者体表感染的疗效。方法:将糖尿病体表感染患者分对照组和观察组,对照组使用常规消毒、换药,观察组常规消毒后,用百多帮软膏联合优泌乐25外敷患者体表感染创面。比较两组治疗效果、愈合时间。结果:观察组治疗有效率(100%),明显高于对照组(80%)(P<0.05)。观察组愈合时间(10.5±2.8)d,明显少于对照组(15.7±4.8)d P<0.01。结论:百多帮软膏联合优泌乐25外敷治疗糖尿病体表感染患者,明显提高了感染病灶治愈率,缩短了治疗时间。
