【摘要】目的:对中山市农村社区已婚妇女共126207例进行生殖健康普查和建立健康档案,分析并确定我市农村社区妇女病发病顺位和社区卫生服务的工作重点,防治方向。方法:以问卷方式和疾病普查方法对中山市农村社区126207例已婚妇女进行调查,统一表格记录,对所得资料作数理统计分析。结果:共查出宫颈炎20494例,占16.24%;感染性阴道炎7541例,占5.98%;其他宫颈疾病4238例,占3.36%;乳腺疾病4043例,占3.20%;盆腔炎及盆腔包块共2371例,占1.88%;子宫肌瘤1029例,占0.82%。结论:定期对已婚妇女进行妇女病普查普治并建立健康档案,可望降低妇女病患病率,提高生活质量。
