【摘要】广义的医患纠纷,包含有服务层面、技术层面、责任层面、道德层面、法律层面的诸多争议; 狭义的医患纠纷,主要包含有因技术层面的过失和责任层面的过失,而引发的医疗争议。 医患争执不加梳理、沟通,容易演变成广义的服务层面上的纠纷。
