【摘要】目的:为了解昌吉市城区学龄前儿童龋齿患病情况,为昌吉市制定儿童口腔保健预防措施提供参考依据。方法:按照世界卫生组织推荐的龋齿检查标准,在自然光线下采用平面口镜和探针进行口腔检查。结果:学龄前儿童患龋齿率随年龄增长而增高,5-6岁组患龋齿率已达59%,家长和幼儿园教师口腔保健意识不强,忽略乳牙保健预防与乳牙龋病的治疗。结论:加强儿童口腔保健、健康教育工作,提高家长和教师儿童口腔保健意识,积极开展儿童口腔保分地预防工作,使更多儿童享有口腔保健服务,降低我市学龄前儿童龋齿患病率。

【Abstract】Objective: In order to understand that the Changji city pre-schooler dental caries are sick the situation, draws up the child oral health preventive measure for Changji to provide the reference. Methods: Dental caries inspection standard which recommends according to the World Health Organization, uses the planaperturate mirror and the probe under the natural optical fiber carries on the oral cavity inspection. Results: The pre-schooler contracts the dental caries rate to grow along with the age advances, 5-6 year old of group trouble dental caries rate have reached 59%, the guardian and kindergarten teacher oral health consciousness are not strong, neglect the treatment which the milk teeth health care prevention and the milk teeth decayed tooth gets sick ......
