【摘要】目的:观察臭氧介入治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:对138例腰椎间盘突出症病人随机分为两组,对照组给予保守综合治疗,治疗组在CT导向下经皮穿刺间盘臭氧消溶术,用0.5mm细针穿刺治疗。结果:两组疗效比较,差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。结论:臭氧介入治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著,安全、可靠。
