【摘要】目的:调查孕妇对产前检查的顺从性及其影响因素,为提高孕妇产前检查的顺从性提供思路和方法。 方法:采用自拟问卷,从2009年6月~9月本院检查的孕妇100例进行现场问卷调查。 结果:23.2%的孕妇对产前检查的项目、时间不了解;58.3%的孕妇产前检查次数不达标;家庭收入>1000元/月比家庭收入<1000元/月的顺从性好;学龄>9年比学龄≤9年的孕妇顺从性高。 结论:产前检查在低学历、家庭收入低的群体中顺从性差。针对影响因素,如何提高产前检查的顺从性值得进一步研究。
