【摘要】喉癌是耳鼻喉科常见的恶性肿瘤疾病之一,首选的治疗方法仍以手术为主;气管切开是完成手术的必要手段,吸出呼吸道分泌物,保证气道通畅是护理的关键措施;然而,气管内吸痰做为一种侵入性护理操作,会导致患者发生各种并发症;因此,选择好适宜的吸痰时机,掌握正确的吸痰方法,做好吸痰护理,对减少吸痰带来的各种并发症的发生起着重要作用。
