【摘要】多巴胺是一种血管活性药物,具有改善周围循环、增强心肌收缩力、加快心率,收缩外周血管,从而升高血压的作用。在新生儿科常用此药治疗重症HIE、休克,新生儿心力衰竭、重症肺炎等,以改善微循环在持续静脉微量泵注射多巴胺过程中,对局部血管刺激性强,血管局部反应大,静脉穿刺部位延静脉走向常出现皮肤苍白、发红、青紫、肿胀、甚至皮肤坏死等缺血缺氧性改变。
