【摘要】高血压性脑出血应视为一种全身疾病,合并症等持续时间长,是非损伤性脑出血的一种,是由颅内或全身疾病引起脑实质内的出血,以高血压性脑动脉病变出血最常见,死亡在脑血管疾病中占首位。手术治疗此类疾病有这肯定的疗效,现就我部收治的45例病例做如下总结。

【Abstract】Hypertension cerebral hemorrhage should regard as one kind of whole body disease, durations and so on complications is long, the right and wrong damage cerebral hemorrhage’s one kind, is causes in the brain essence hemorrhage by the encephalic or whole body disease, is most common by hypertension cerebral artery pathological change hemorrhage, dies occupies the first place in the cerebrovascular disease. The surgery treats this kind of disease to have this affirmative curative effect, presently 45 example cases which admits on our department make the following summary.

临床资料
1.1一般资料:高血压性脑出血的45例病人中男性38例,女性7例,维吾尔族40例,柯族3例,汉族2例。年龄35-75岁,以55岁左右病例占绝大多数。
1.2病史:均有2-10年的高血压病史,有反复头痛,头晕使,均突然起病,多有恶心、呕吐,轻偏瘫或完全偏瘫,血肿在左侧者合并失语,发病后入院时间为数小时到5天之间 ......
