【摘要】目的:总结脊椎骨折患者围手术期的护理体会。方法:对46例脊椎骨折患者分别从手术前后的护理、生命体征观察、预防术后并发症的康复护理等方面进行详细介绍。结果:本组患者经过良好的护理,得到满意的效果,无压疮等并发症的发生。结论:加强心理护理,密切观察病情变化,做好并发症的预防及术后功能锻炼,是脊椎骨折患者康复的关键。
