【摘要】糖尿病人选择健康的生活方式,从就医、饮食、运动、着衣、自我管理等方面进行。糖尿病需终身治疗,具备与糖尿病终生相伴的知识和能力,选择合适的生活方式对糖尿病患者来说,就是选择了生存,选择了更好的生活质量。
