益气养心丸\辅酶Q10\维生素C治疗急性病毒性心肌炎临床研究(1)

【摘要】目的:研究益气养心丸、辅酶Q10、维生素C联合治疗急性病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效。方法:将76例急性轻、中度病毒性心肌炎患者随机分为两组,试验组40例给予益气养心丸、辅酶Q10、维生素C,对照组36例给予芪冬颐心口服液,两组疗程均为4周。结果:益气养心丸、辅酶Q10、维生素C联合治疗急性轻、中度病毒性心肌炎患者,在改善患者临床症状,纠正异常心电图,降低血清心肌酶,改善左心室功能状态,调整患者T细胞免疫功能(提高CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8)等方面优于对照组。结论:益气养心丸、辅酶Q10、维生素C能有效治疗轻、中度急性病毒性心肌炎。
