【摘要】本文对贵州凤冈茶中微量元素锌的含量、初级形态及次级形态进行了研究。微量元素Zn的初级形态(可溶态和悬浮态)用0.45μm滤膜将浸泡液分成可溶态和悬浮态。微量元素Zn的次级形态(离子态和非离子态,有机态和无机态,络合态和非络合态)分别通过强酸性阳离子交换树脂、AmberliteXAD-2大孔网状树脂、D-401螯合树脂分离,再通过感耦合等离子发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定各种形态下元素的含量。

【Abstract】This article to Guizhou Fenggang tea in the trace element zinc’s content, the primary shape and the secondary shape has conducted the research.
