2005-2009年泗阳县新登记涂阳肺结核病人资料分析

【摘要】目的:了解泗阳县新登记涂阳肺结核病人特征,为控制结核病传播提供科学依据。方法: 对泗阳县2005-2009年结核病控制工作季报表、年报表新登记的涂阳肺结核病人资料进行统计分析,年龄组人口数按2000年全国人口普查资料比例推出。结果:泗阳县2005-2009年共登记新涂阳肺结核病人1556例,新涂阳肺结核病人年均新登记率为31.96/10万,逐年呈下降趋势,年递降率为4.79%,年均新登记率男性非常显著高于女性,新登记率随年龄增长而呈增高趋势,到65岁年龄组达高峰;涂阳病人检出率,转诊占88.76%,因症就诊占9.32%。结论:泗阳县推行现代结核病控制策略(DOTS)至今,结核病疫情变化总趋势呈逐年下降;提示在发现结核病人工作中,注重青壮年和老年人 ;建议卫生行政部门加大对综合医院,发现可疑肺结核患者的转诊干预力度。
