【摘要】目的:提高睾丸扭转的诊断及治疗水平。方法:对我院近五年收治的8例病人进行回顾性的分析。 结果:1例手法复位成功,1例手术复位成功,6例睾丸坏死切除。结论彩色多普勒血流显像检查是诊断睾丸扭转的可靠方法,提高对本病的警惕性可减少误诊率。早期发现,早期复位,是提高睾丸存活率的关键。
