【摘要】目前,中医中药抗肿瘤作用的研究一直备受关注,已成为肿瘤治疗过程中不可或缺的手段之一。据报道,菊科旋覆花属植物欧亚旋覆花是一种传统中草药,旋覆花素是从中药旋覆花中经氯仿抽提得到的提取物,其中旋覆花内酯可能是旋覆花抗肿瘤的有效化学成分之一,目前已引起国内外专家学者的关注。本实验拟采用MTT法,检测低、中、高三个剂量范围旋覆花素对小鼠肝癌H22细胞株、小鼠肉瘤S180细胞株、人肺腺癌A549细胞株、人卵巢癌SK-OV3细胞株及人宫颈癌Hela细胞株的细胞毒性作用,初步确定其体外抗肿瘤作用的实验剂量范围。 【关键词】旋覆花;旋覆花素;MTT;体外抗肿瘤作用;剂量范围
