【摘要】目的:观察可调钠对预防血液透析低血压的应用效果;方法:选择规律性维持透析患者30例,随机分两组,每组15人,分别行标准透析与可调钠透析,观察透析中低血压的发生率;结果:可调钠透析发生低血压可明显低于标准透析的低血压的发生率,提高透析质量。结论:可调钠在维持血液透析中的应用可减少透析中低血压的发生,是一种有效可行的方法。
