【摘要】目的:让读者了解县级中医医院急诊科目前开展院前急救现状和8年前院前急救病员情况的比较与体会。方法:将2010年1月~4月共1861例院前急救病例就呼救信息获得途径、疾病谱分类作粗略分析,并与8年前即1999年1月~2002年1月共1861例作比较。结果:人们急救意识提高,院前急救人员数大大提高,医院能较好开展院前急救工作。结论:完善急诊科建设,培养急诊科专科医生、护士,加强院前急救规范培训,是医院应尽快解决的问题。

【Abstract】Objective:To give readers an understanding of Chinese medicine hospitals at county level emergency department of the ongoing status of first aid and pre-hospital emergency patient 8 years ago, compared the situation and experience.Methods:January 2010~April of 1861 cases of pre-hospital patients got information on the call for help, make a rough classification of disease spectrum, and with eight years ago, in January 1999~January 2002 compared to a total of 1861 cases . Results:People first aid awareness, the number of pre-hospital emergency personnel greatly increased, hospitals can better carry out first aid work ......
