【摘要】目的:探讨利用洛伐他丁 治疗冠心病合并高血脂患者 的临床疗效。方法:选取我院心内科2006年3月~2009年2月收治的120例冠心病患者的临床资料随机分为治疗组(60例)和对照组(60例),对照组患者应用心内科常规治疗方法,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用洛伐他丁,观察两组患者在治疗前后血脂总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)的血清浓度。并对两组患者的临床疗效进行比较。结果:治疗组患者与对照组患者血脂指标下降比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。治疗组患者总有效人数56例,占93.3%,对照组总有效人数49例,占81.67%。两组患者疗效差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:合理使用辛伐他丁治疗冠心病合并高血脂 ,可明显改善患者的临床症状,提高患者的生活质量,疗效满意,值得在临床推广。

    【Abstract】Objective: The discussion cuts down his Ding using the Luo river to treat coronary disease to merge the high blood fats patient’s clinical curative effect. Methods: Selects 120 example coronary disease patient’s clinical material which my courtyard heart internal medicine department in March, 2006 ~2009 year in February admits to divide into the treatment group stochastically (60 examples) and the control group (60 examples), the control group patients should the internal medicine department convention method of treatment, the treatment group add attentively in the conventional treatment foundation with the Luo river cut down his Ding, observes two group of patients around the treatment the blood fats total cholesterol (TC), the high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) the triglyceride (TG), the low density lipoprotein (LDL-C) blood serum density. And carries on the comparison to two group of patient’s clinical curative effects. Results:The treatment group patients and the control group patient blood fats target drop comparison difference has statistics significance (p<0.05). The treatment group patients are always effective the population 56 examples, accounts for 93.3%, the control group is always effective the population 49 examples, accounts for 81.67%. Two group of patient curative effect difference has statistics significance (p<0.05). Conclusion: Uses Xin to cut down his Ding reasonably to treat coronary disease to merge the high blood fats, may improve patient’s clinical symptoms obviously, improves patient’’s quality of life, the curative effect is satisfied, is worth in clinical promoting. ......
