【摘要】本人从事护理工作20多年的实践经验深深体会到手术室护士与麻醉师良好的配合有助于提高工作效率,消恐惧、不安心理,尽量使病人以最佳心态去接受手术,这样可以提高麻醉手术成功率,减少不良反应发生,保证病人安全,使病人顺利渡过麻醉手术期。

    【Abstract】Myself am engaged in nursing to work more than 20 year experience to realize deeply operating room nurse and anesthetist’s good coordination is helpful to the enhancement working efficiency, disappears frightened, the restless psychology, causes the patient to perform the surgery as far as possible by the best point of view, like this may raise the anaesthesia surgery success ratio, reduces the untoward effect occurrence, assures the patient safety, caused the patient to cross the anaesthesia surgery time smoothly.
