【摘要】随着人口老年化及人们对生活质量的要求,人工髋关节术已被广泛应用于治疗老年患者髋关节骨关节病、股骨颈骨折、股骨头坏死等。应用人工髋关节置换术能有效地缓解疼痛,改善髋关节活动性,提高肢体的功能状态,从而使老年患者获得较高的生活质量。

    【Abstract】Along with the population astogeny and the people to quality of life’s request, the artificial thurl technique has been widely applied in the treatment old age patient thurl osteoarthropathy, the thighbone neck bone fracture, femoral head necrosis and so on. Applies the artificial thurl replacement technique to be able to alleviate the ache effectively, the improvement thurl activity, enhances body’s function condition, thus causes the old age patient to obtain the high quality of life.
