【摘要】贵州凤冈锌硒有机茶产于贵州省凤冈县,贵州省是全国唯一兼具低纬度、高海拔、寡日照的盛产有机茶的产区,被誉为西部茶海。凤冈县境内土壤中富含硒、锌等微量元素,是锌硒有机茶的重要产地,被誉为茶海之心。本课题研究是利用电子鼻对茶叶、茶水和茶底的香气成分进行定性分析,利用GC-MS对茶叶的香气成分进行定量分析。
