【摘要】随着医学模式与健康理念的转变,人们对健康的需求已不仅仅停留在维持生命和没有病痛的水平上,而是需要不断地保持和促进健康[1]。对护士来说,沟通是护理实践中的重要内容,有着特殊的工作含义。护士只有运用良好的沟通技巧,才能取得病人的信任,从而获得病人的全面信息,并以此为依据,为病人制定个体化的护理计划,以满足病人生理、社会心理、精神文化等多方面的需要,促进病人早日康复。由此可见沟通就显得多么重要了。
