【摘要】B19感染无特殊治疗,主要以对症治疗为主,病毒感染多具有自限性。对暂时性再生障碍危象一般用输入红细胞治疗。B19感染在我国儿童中有较高的感染率,同时B19对人类致病的广泛性和复杂性;目前,国际上对病毒的研究比较活跃,包括其致病性及相关疾病的研究、临床及实验室诊断、分子及血清流行病学研究、感染的预防和治疗、疫苗的研制等。
