【摘要】目的:探讨老年人上消化道异物胃镜诊疗价值。方法:根据96例老年人异物感的部位行急诊胸部或腹部X线摄片,以确定异物的位置、大小、形状及其与周围器官的关系,并且排除消化道穿孔;术前常规用利多卡因0.1 ml咽部喷洒麻醉,或静脉推注丙泊芬10～20 ml行静脉麻醉,选择Fujinon410前视式胃镜,钳取异物器械取出异物。结果:96例老年患者经内镜检查发现食管异物78例,吻合口异物6例,胃内异物8例,十二指肠异物4例。异物胃镜取出成功率98.96%。结论:老年人上消化道异物急诊胃镜取出术,既简单又安全,创伤小,并发症少,费用低,且成功率高。
