【摘要】目的:探讨左半结肠癌并急性肠梗阻I期切除吻合术的安全性。方法:对我院2006年9月～2010年6月间收治的左半结肠癌并急性肠梗阻I期吻合36例临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:36例全部手术。吻合口漏2例(占5.6%)切口感染4例,肺部感染2例。结论:对左半结肠癌并急性肠梗阻患者,只要病例选择得当,加强围手术期处理,术中采用结肠灌洗,I期吻合术是安全可行的。
