【摘要】目的:为了解莱芜市2007年~2009年宾馆旅店卫生状况。方法:对莱芜市2007年~2009年宾馆旅店的空气和公共用品微生物检测结果进行分析比较。结果:星级宾馆空气细菌总数检测合格率与普通宾馆相比较,前者高于后者,但两者差异无统计学意义,公共用品细菌总数检测合格率前者也高于后者,两者差异有统计学意义。结论:莱芜市宾馆旅店业虽然存在空气、公共用品细菌总数超标现象,但空气、公共用品微生物卫生合格率呈明显上升态势,卫生总体水平较好。
