【摘要】目的:探讨妊娠合并急性阑尾炎的早期诊断和治疗。方法:对72例妊娠合并急性阑尾炎患者进行回顾性分析。结果:入院后对12例进行保守治疗,其中9例经保守治疗后晚期复发,60例手术治疗,其中中晚期先兆流产3例(无流产),手术后经阴道分娩1例。无孕产妇及胎儿死亡,结论 妊娠合并急性阑尾炎时,由于妊娠引起的解剖、生理、病理的改变,造成疾病发展迅速,诊断有一定难度, 易造成误诊、延误治疗,对母体及胎儿都具有危害性。了解妊娠早、中、晚期合并急性阑尾炎的特点,早期诊断及时手术治疗可降低本病对母婴的危害。

Methods: Carries on the review analysis to 72 example pregnancy merge acute appendicitis patient. Results: After in hospital, carries on the conservative treatment to 12 examples, 9 examples after conservative treatment the later period recrudescence, 60 example surgeries treat, the mid and late stage threatened miscarriage 3 examples (do not have miscarriage), after the surgery, after vagina childbirth 1 example. When does not have the pregnant woman and the fetal deaths, the conclusion pregnancy merge acute appendicitis, because the pregnancy causes the dissection, physiological, the pathology change, causes disease to develop rapidly, the diagnosis has certain difficulty, easy to create the error diagnostic, the delay treatment, has the hazardous nature to the parent substance and the embryos. Understood that the pregnancy early time, the intermediate stage, the later period merge acute appendicitis’s characteristic, the early diagnosis prompt surgery treats may reduce this sickness to the maternal infant the harm. ......
