【摘要】目的: 探讨肺部炎性假瘤的X线,CT表现及其与肺癌,肺结核球等疾病的鉴别诊断。方法:拍摄胸部正侧位片及CT平扫及增强扫描;层厚5-10mm。结果:病灶多成圆形,椭圆形及球形阴影,密度均匀或不均匀,直径3-6mm难与肺癌及结核球鉴别。结论:对于肺部圆形,椭圆形及球形病灶,要严谨结合临床资料,认真分析其影像学特点,提高肺部炎性假瘤的诊断率。
